1. Open your Giro app

2. Enter your mobile number that you want to use for Giro and create a password.

3. Enter the OTP that you will receive by text message and click on ‘Submit’

4. Enter your Details and Click on ‘Create Account’

5. Your account has been created

Giro Wallet can be used for wide variety of things such as NOL card top-ups, shopping, bill payments etc. Simply click on what you are looking for and book/pay for the service.

KYC, or Know Your Customer, is a banking standard where you need to provide your personal details with evidence of their accuracy for proper verification.

For doing your KYC in Giro Wallet, you need to log in to your account on the Giro Wallet app and follow these steps-

1. Go to your “Settings” section on the app.

2. Tap on “ Verify Account”.

3. Select the ID or document you wish to verify yourself with.

4. Choose one of the listed options and scan your document/ID.

5. And wait for the approval.

By performing various transactions through our Giro App, you will receive points, which can then be used for a cash back and that would be added to your wallet to be used for any of the services we provide.

To add money in to your Giro wallet just follow these simple steps-

1. Log In to the Giro web portal or app.

2. Tap on ‘Add Money’

3. Select the amount you wish to add.

4. Select your mode of the transaction - bank account, debit card, credit card

5. Enter account/card details and click on “Submit”.

6. And once the transaction is complete, money will be reflected in your wallet.

2. Scan the QR code or enter the number of the beneficiary that you want to pay

3. Enter the amount

4. Pay using your Giro wallet or add money to your Giro wallet from your bank account or from one of your cards if the wallet has insufficient funds

5. The money is paid to the beneficiary

6. And once the transaction is complete, money will be reflected in your wallet.

Follow these simple steps:

2. Click on the “User Profile”.

3. Answer the security questions

4. Set up new 4-Digit-Pin

There is no minimum balance required for maintaining the Giro Wallet.

The service is presently open to all citizens and residents of the UAE with an active UAE postpaid or prepaid number. Giro Wallet will soon be also offered to visitors from the GCC and tourists with valid visas.

Once you renew your visa and get your new EID, open the app and select renew KYC option in the menu to upload your new EID as instructed. Physical visit not required.

We allow the facility of sending money to over 80+ countries.

1. If it is a wallet-to-wallet transfer, the money will be sent instantly.
